The Stages of your project…
1. Introduction & Brief
The first stage is a critical starting point for us. We take the time to get to know our clients and their unique requirements, carefully listening to their needs and aspirations to create a detailed project brief. This initial stage allows us to develop a comprehensive brief and plan forward for the project. This is essential for a successful project outcome. Our team of experts brings together their collective knowledge and expertise to ensure that the project is well-planned and executed with precision.
2. Concept Design
As we move into the Concept Design stage, we begin to explore the creative possibilities of the project. A measured survey will be carried out of your property. Once we have a full set of accurate existing drawings we will then produce outline feasibility sketch proposals with 3D models to illustrate how to optimize the potential of your new home. We’ll use this stage to model different internal configurations, materials, and massing options. These visuals with give you the reassurance that what we have designed is exactly what we are looking for.
We use sketches, drawings, and 3D models to develop a design concept that is tailored to the client’s unique requirements. At this stage, we take time to understand our clients to ensure we design something completely tailored to them.
3. Planning
Once a scheme has been agreed with you, we will develop the drawings and all documentation necessary for a planning application and listed building approval if needed and submit to your local council; we negotiate with planning officers throughout the duration of the application.
4. Technical Design
Once planning has been approved we will prepare a detailed set of construction drawings and a specification document for building regulations submission. This will also be used for tendering purposes to receive detailed and accurate estimates from builders.
5. Construction
During the Construction stage, we oversee the entire construction process, from site preparation to final installation. Our expert team closely monitors progress, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget, and that the highest standards of quality control are maintained.
6. Handover
Finally, in the Handover and Close-Out stage, we ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded. We provide any necessary documentation and certification, and ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved. We also undertake a post-occupancy evaluation to ensure that the building is functioning as intended, providing the client with total peace of mind.
