Bespoke detailed cornicing

Fulfilling a challenging brief, the proposal replaces an existing bungalow creating a striking home completed in a Georgian period style that comfortably slots in amidst its historic river side setting.

The design features a rich texture palette that plays with light and dark tones to create a visually appealing exterior. Red Georgian brick creates the main body of the property, broken up by a brightness created through bespoke detailed cornicing and a Portland stone plinth that wraps around the property. A stone portico frames the main entrance that is accessed via a sculpted pathway.

Calm away from the main house

A landscape-led approach which features a luxurious range of planting and refined outdoor areas providing privacy where needed while enhancing the existing setting. The outdoor offers moments of calm away from the main house and includes features such as a circular courtyard and tiered water feature at the front of the property.
