Effective planning
Given the property’s location, the primary hurdle to overcome for this proposal revolved around effectively manoeuvring through the planning system, ensuring compliance with the specific planning policies of Waverly Borough Council.
Sophisticated open-plan
The addition unlocks a previously dark and small area at the rear of the property, creating a sophisticated open-plan space that is complemented with a minimal and soft colour palette used throughout the interiors.
