Vineyard Gardens

Perched at the crest of a working vineyard, Vineyard Gardens is a new-build luxury family home defined by its relationship to landscape, procession, and view. Conceived as a contemporary classical residence, the house draws on traditional architectural language while quietly embracing the needs and rhythms of modern family life.

Luxury New Build Family Home

From the moment of arrival, the experience is deliberate and composed. A private entrance opens onto a long, sweeping drive that gently rises through the vineyard, allowing the house to reveal itself gradually. As the elevation is reached, the landscape falls away, opening expansive views across rolling hills and ordered vines — a setting that immediately establishes both calm and grandeur.

The architecture is classical in proportion and presence, yet never pastiche. Symmetry, balance, and hierarchy guide the composition, while modern detailing and spatial planning ensure the house feels relevant, light-filled, and deeply livable. The building sits confidently within its setting, anchoring the vineyard rather than dominating it.

A grand entrance defines the heart of the home. Designed as a moment of pause and arrival, this space establishes a strong axial relationship through the house, drawing the eye outward toward the landscape beyond. From here, the interiors unfold with clarity and ease, offering generous family spaces that are both formal when required and relaxed in daily use.

The Design Journey

Internally, traditional architectural principles are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Classical detailing is carefully woven into the fabric of the house — lending depth, texture, and a sense of permanence — while modern interventions introduce light, openness, and flexibility. The result is an interior that feels grounded and elegant, yet entirely suited to modern living.

Living spaces are oriented to celebrate the vineyard and countryside views, allowing the changing seasons and shifting light to become part of daily life. Large openings frame the landscape with intention, creating moments of stillness and connection throughout the house. Whether experienced in the quiet of the morning or during larger family gatherings, the home remains closely tied to its setting.

Vineyard Gardens was designed as a long-term family home — one that balances ceremony with comfort, and grandeur with warmth. Every architectural decision was guided by how the house would be lived in over time: how it welcomes, how it gathers, and how it settles into the landscape at the end of the day.

As a new-build project, the opportunity lay in crafting a home that feels timeless from its first day. By combining classical architecture with modern design thinking, Vineyard Gardens achieves a sense of quiet confidence — a house that belongs to its place, its landscape, and its future.
