The glazed rear extension forges a seamless link between newly formed open-plan kitchen/living/dining area and the garden space. While creating a more cohesive ground floor layout, the rear extension also adds a beautiful focal point the property with a contemporary aesthetic created by the striking thick framed mullions.

Spatial challenges unlocked

Adding a loft conversion to the property helped unlock the spatial challenges in the property, allowing the bungalow to be converted into a six-bedroom and four-bathroom family home, tailored to the needs of our client.
